WASNJ｜Gathering the Sparks of Education: End-of-Semester Teaching Recharging Time
As the year draws to a close and the Spring Festival approaches, warmth fills the air. While most industries wrap up in celebration and prepare for the holiday break, and many campuses fall quiet, WAS Nanjing has chosen a unique rhythm for educators – deep cultivation. As the semester ends, we held a two-day, intensive and fully inclusive training for all teachers.
This seemingly packed schedule was never a rushed task, but a thoughtful choice rooted in our educational mission. With teaching experiences still fresh and classroom memories vivid, we took the opportunity to review the hard work and gains of the semester, turn practice into insight, and elevate our teaching reflections.
