WASNJ|Letter from Vic’s Dad: A Visit to School Kitchens
On 24th October 2024, we, as parents, were privileged to step into the kitchen of Wycombe Abbey School Nanjing for a fascinating tour.
Upon arriving at the kitchen entrance, we donned sanitary protective clothing, hats, and masks. As we entered, a sense of cleanliness and order instantly filled the air. Bright lighting glowed over spotless floors and walls, conveying the high standards and strict requirements upheld. The first thing that caught our eye was the array of advanced equipment, neatly arranged, a testament to the school’s significant investment in top-notch facilities, providing parents with a sense of reassurance about the quality of their children’s dining experience.
